A team of 10 Year 6 pupils are given special training to be able to help children in school who have had a disagreement.
The Peer Mediators have a responsible attitude and follow clear guidelines on how best to achieve a successful, reconciled outcome, making our school an even happier place to be.
They understand the importance of having an unbiased, confidential, non - judgemental outlook towards their fellow pupils who come looking for help.
The Peer Mediators have two members of staff who help oversee the scheme to make sure they feel confident in carrying out this useful service.
